Completions this season by Carson Wentz and Eli Manning

Quarterback Trace McSorley throws for 384 yards and four touchdowns as he rallies never-say-die Penn State from a 21-point deficit for a 38-31 triumph over Wisconsin in the Big Ten Championship Game.

Darren Daulton, who spent 14 seasons with the Phillies, dies Sunday at age 55 after a four-year battle with brain cancer. Daulton, a tremendous leader and extremely popular player, won a World Series with the Marlins in 1997.

Fred Catona, who died this week in a car accident, was a gym teacher, a coach and an athletic director. But, as Eric Fisher recalls, “Mr. C” was so much more to the multitude of people he influenced during his life.

IMHO (In My Humble Opinion)

Posted by Ron Opher On June - 8 - 2011 1 COMMENT

PhillyPhanatics.com is proud to present IMHO (In My Humble Opinion), which features a distinguished panel responding via video to a different question each week.

We are pleased to have WIP’s Rob Charry and Josh Landsburg of WBCB and Baseball Digest participating this week.

This week, we ask the IMHO panelists: “Given all the Phillies fans in New York, Washington, DC and Pittsburgh during the Phils’ recent road trip, what is your favorite moment/story, either experienced in person or that you witnessed, involving Philadelphia fans in other cities?”

Listen to Rob Charry on Sportsradio 610 WIP

Josh Landsburg is a contributor to Baseball Digest and also co-hosts The Second Shift on 1490 AM WBCB and www.wbcb1490.com Wednesday nights from 10pm-midnight.
